Our Serenity Retreat Day offers you the opportunity to explore a carefully handpicked set of techniques specifically designed to improve wellbeing, process emotional challenges, and improve emotional literacy and compassion. Over the course of the retreat you will be supported in exploring which of these techniques can be practiced and used in your own everyday life.
Gentle Dusk has reviewed the evidence base for emotional and psychological health and developed a theory driven one-day programme specifically to support teams who work with high levels of stress and emotional demands.
The Serenity Retreat brings together evidence based tools in a shared learning environment that includes mindfulness, emotional and cognitive processing, emotional literacy and wellbeing practices. It isn’t just the tools- we also aim to bring people together in a beautiful, natural environment with the spaciousness to develop meaningful connection with colleagues and others who work under similar pressures and circumstances.
The Serenity Retreat is led by highly experienced professionals: Mireille Herbert Hayden, Chartered Health Psychologist and Jeremy Lokeshvara Bristol, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator and Retreat Leader.
