Our workshops aim to raise awareness about the importance of planning for the end of life and empower people to put their plans in place. We do this by encouraging and suppporting people to explore the challenges and benefits of talking about death, dying and end of life care and asking them to consider what they might want to include in their own end of life plans.

Within the workshops we provide information about advance care planning, recording funeral wishes, wills and lasting powers of attorney and we provide the resources and tools to help people write their own advance care plan (end of life care plan).

We use a variety of interactive activities and tools to support the delivery of our workshops including music, videos, games, quizzes and leaflets. We tailor the content and activities to the needs of the group to ensure everyone is able to participate.
